Yesterday's lunch was at Thye Hong, by the way that's a coffee shop along Phillips Street, Singapore for those who do not know it (guess almost everybody).
Fish soup for the soul, well at least for the sick person
The special thing about this soup is the fried egg flakes they put in, egg is a common thing for soup but flakes??? Well whatever, it does makes good shared ingredients for the soup. Of course, fresh fish meat is a must as well.
A note on the side, the famous dish here is actually the tom yam fish soup but.... tom yam for flu, well unless I have a death wish
